<p>IDF forces in the Southern Command continue extensive activity in Gaza against terrorist organizations, under the orders of the Intelligence Directorate and Shin Bet.</p><p>During the past 24 hours, the Gaza Division forces destroyed an underground tunnel in Rafah, about 20 meters deep and hundreds of meters long, which served as a gathering point for Hamas terrorists. A cache of weapons was also found hidden in a building that used to be used as a school.</p><p>In the northern Gaza Strip, forces from the 252nd Division thwarted a terrorist ambush, with the assistance of the Israeli Air Force that eliminated the terrorists in the area.</p><p>The 36th Division forces operated around Rafah and the Morag Corridor, where weapons caches and other tunnel shafts were located.</p><p>Israeli Air Force fighter jets and aircraft attacked about 35 terrorist targets, including a site for the manufacture of weapons and for launching rockets.</p>
